The next level down features two bedrooms with jungle and pool views, each with a private bath. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has a king-size bed. Another spacious bedroom with a king bed is located on the pool level and offers views of the pool and tropical gardens, complete with a luxurious sunken tub.
Pool House with Multiple Sleeping Options
The popular pool house is nestled into the trees at the back of the home and opens up to the pool and waterfall. It features three sofas that can be converted into twin beds or one king bed and one twin. The pool house is cooled by ocean breezes and is enclosed by screens.
Lap Pool and Waterfall Oasis
Take a dip in the large lap pool and enjoy the ambiance of the 20-foot waterfall. The pool features a swimming lane for exercise and a separate area for play. A kitchenette, sink, large fridge, and BBQ grill are available for your outdoor entertainment needs. The lower level of the pool house features two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bath and open-air shower. One bedroom has a king size bed, while the other has three twin beds.

Our home was designed with sustainability in mind, rising from a small area to a 1,200-square foot space, with five stories and an elevator for your convenience. The design maximizes the tropical climate by opening up the great room to the air, accenting the tropical atmosphere of the home.
